System architecture

1: Environmental Control and Measurement Sensor Layer

Environmental system integrators can select sensors based on environmentally-friendly objects that are controlled by the site, such as: wind speed and direction sensors, rainfall sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, dust particle concentration sensors, atmospheric pressure sensors, sound level meters/sound sensors, video heads/HD Cameras, etc., then perform on-site construction and assembly.

2:Environmental Data Collection Display Layer

The field engineering can select the Shanghai Huidu ModBUS-RTU bus acquisition control IO card according to the determined sensor, such as:
WTD418X (8-channel analog/thermocouple input module based on Modbus-RTU bus), which can collect wind speed and direction sensor, rainfall sensor, atmospheric pressure sensor, etc.
WTD414P (4-channel Pt input 2-channel digital output module based on Modbus-RTU bus), can collect temperature and humidity sensor, can output control dust particle concentration sensor power supply;
WTD478C (8/8 isolated digital input/output module based on Modbus-RTU bus) can control the power supply of atmospheric pressure sensor and power supply of sound level meter sensor.
WTD466C (6-way isolated relay output module based on Modbus-RTU bus), can control video cloud station power supply, control dust particle concentration sensor internal heating wire power supply and so on.
At the same time, according to the site requirements of the environmental pollution monitoring system, a live human-machine interface can be selected, such as: WTH207A (ARM9 core 7-inch human-machine interface) for collecting data display and user information input.
Each sensor of the field device can be directly connected to the WTD series acquisition control IO card, real-time rapid acquisition and control of each environmental pollution object data, and then all WTD products through the standard RS485 communication interface, using ModBus-RTU bus communication protocol and WTH207A The human machine interface performs data interaction.

3:Environmental Data Communication Network Layer >

The communication network layer is responsible for transmitting various environmental data collected by the human-machine interface to the cloud platform by various network modes, and also transmitting and controlling the live human-machine interface or the acquisition control card according to the instructions of the cloud platform, thereby collecting and controlling all the perceptions. Layer sensor. Network communication methods include: wired Ethernet, 2G/GPRS, 3G, 4G, LoRa, NBIOT, etc.
This environmental pollution system uses 3G network communication method because of the video and audio collection on the field side.
If the on-site acquisition control terminal does not need the display function or the human-computer interaction input function, the WTH207A human-machine interface can be installed without directly installing the Shanghai Huidu WTD934G or WTD936G intelligent cloud gateway products. 4: Environment Online Monitoring Cloud Platform Layer

The cloud platform layer is the basic platform of the application layer, and is the interface between the environment online monitoring IoT system and the user. The environment online monitoring cloud platform can flexibly configure or customize real-time images, historical data screens, reports, statistical analysis, real-time alarms, maintenance reminders according to the number of monitoring points and sensors of monitoring points, and can also push alarms or excessive information to relevant People text messaging or mobile phone WeChat.
